About Victor Foyles

Victor Foyles, originally licensed as a real estate agent in 1999 for Coldwell Banker in Cincinnati, Ohio, is now a new licensed agent for the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Chicago’s Hyde Park, whose passion is to help people advance the quality of their living and accomplish major life goals—especially property investment.

Before becoming an agent, Victor spent 20 years in social work helping people diagnosed with developmental disabilities, mental disorders and families in the child welfare and child protective services. On top of that, he proudly owned two adult care facilities that helped males who were diagnosed with a mental disorder. This experience along with his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Morgan State University allowed him to perfect his communication skills, which are crucial to helping and understanding clients in real estate.
As a returning member of the team, Victor’s access to all of Coldwell Banker’s resources including an established network of buyers and sellers will, in the end, lead to his clients’ incredible success. Victor’s confidence in Coldwell Banker as well as himself, instills confidence in clients to trust him with one of the most important decisions of his life.

Throughout his time as an agent, Victor has not only acquired key experience in property investment, but also in working with first-time homebuyers. His expertise branches out with familiarity in single-family dwellings, multi-family units (1-4 units) and condos.
When not out conquering the real estate world, Victor regularly gives back to his community by giving countless amounts of time and contributions to his church and other religious and community organizations within the Chicagoland area and across the country.
Victor currently resides in Chicago’s Washington Park; however, prior to his current residence, Victor himself relocated several times in his life and has become an expert resource for relocating clients no matter where they’re looking to go.
