Every year when I sit down to do my goals for the upcoming year, I figure out what I need to do to take my business to the next level. After spending almost 10 years as a REALTOR with a smaller broker in south/central Pennsylvania I felt that my real estate business was stagnating. I believed that the industry was becoming significantly more digital and I needed to partner with a company who already had cutting edge technology in place. I interviewed with 3 of the larger firms in York in late 2016. One of the firms was a large family owned company who attempted to attract me with their family atmosphere, but that was what I was leaving and it was not very attractive. It is now late 2018, and I have not been disappointed with my decision. Their marketing and tech teams visit the local Coldwell Banker offices and work diligently with each agent to help them brand their identity in the marketplace.
